The WorXout has been given the opportunity to work with an AMAZING organization to help raise money for an incredibly worthy cause.

The Courage Foundation's mission is to foster post-traumatic growth, restore purpose and transform lives through integrative self-awareness, physical health, mental toughness, emotional resilience and spiritual well-being.

Courage Foundation educates, equips and empowers veterans living with Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) with the skills, resources and training to thrive. They seek to restore a sense of purpose, hope and connection for veterans with PTS who desire to cultivate more meaningful and courageous lives.

With their Burpees For Vets challenge, they are calling on EVERYONE to help reach their goal of 22 MILLION BURPEES and to raise $250,000 in 2018 to help veterans suffering from PTS.


And you can get involved!!

The WorXout is hosting two events in November to support Burpees For Vets.

  • On November 10th, the Believe in the Burpee Kickoff event will take place at HT2 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. 
  • On November 30th, the Burpee Event will take place at 3 Rivers Distillery from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.


We are looking for 50 people who are willing to give 3 minutes to a veteran in need.  On November 30th, all the Burpee Ambassadors are doing as many burpees as possible in 3 minutes at 3 Rivers Distillery.  Each Burpee Ambassador will bring at least 10 donors that are pledging $1/burpee. Of course, any donation is much appreciated as well!
